How to apply
Application form: Available from the Devaswom office for Rs. 118 till 5 pm on May 23. For Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, the form will be available free of cost on production of caste proof document.
Required documents: Self-attested copies of documents proving age, qualification and caste, police clearance certificate (taken within 6 months), medical fitness certificate from a Govt. Doctor not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon should be submitted along with the application.
Last date: Application should be submitted in person or by post to the Devaswom office by June 1.
