Promoter should be able to take Milma fodder orders as per Target in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kottayam and Alappuzha districts covered by Pattanakkad fodder factory and provide indent to the factory in time.
The selected promoters should work at the concentration of dairy societies, farms and Govt/Pvt Institutions in the specific district.
The Promoter will be remunerated as stipulated in the Slab based on the number of fodder bags ordered each month.
Orders directly collected by the promoter shall be considered for the incentive as billed.
The term of appointment of the promoters will be for 1 year. The first three months of this will be on trial basis and if the work is found to be successful, extension of the period will be considered.
500/- in case of being selected as a promoter, an agreement to work as per the terms and conditions prescribed by the Kerala Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation is to be given.
Analysis of the promoter’s ability and performance is carried out by the company from time to time.
As soon as the indents collected by the promoters are billed the number of bags is calculated and the remuneration as per the fixed slab is received in the account in the next month.

Candidates appearing for Walk in Interview should prepare application on white paper along with their name, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail, photograph, educational qualification, copy of certificates proving work experience and copy of driving license and present it at the time of interview.
Walk in Interview will be conducted at Milma’s Pattanakadu fodder factory on the following dates. (Fodder factory is located on NH66 between Thuravur and Phonnam Veli on Cherthala – Ernakulam route).
