Applications are invited from eligible candidates for temporary appointment to the posts of Boat Lasker, Boat Srank and Boat Driver in Interceptor/Rescue Boats allotted to Thotapalli and Arthungal Coastal Police Stations in Alappuzha District.
Educational qualification 7th class. Boat Driver and Boatswain Applicants must possess a Boat Driver, Boatswain License or MMD license under Kerala State Port Harbor Rules 1970, three years of driving a five tonne/ 1.2 tonne interceptor boat equivalent watercraft after obtaining prescribed educational qualification and technical qualification. Experience preferred.
Age limit between 18 to 35 years and below 45 years for ex-servicemen. Age limit for Boat Laskar post is between 18 years to 40 years.
Boat Laskar applicants must have five years of service experience in the post of Laskar. All posts must have swimming experience. Last date for submission of application is 25th November.
