Salary Details
The salary for the post of Clerk will be ₹25,000/- per month (Consolidated). There will be a 3% increment every year.

FACT Clerk Eligibility 2025
Clerk Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (3 years/6 semester courses only) with minimum 50% marks.

Additional Conditions:
Graduates with fixed course duration of more than three years/six semesters are not eligible to apply
The reference date for determining all eligibility criteria will be 01.05.2025
The recruitment is on Kerala State basis and the candidates will have to submit the Domicile Certificate of Kerala State
The candidates who have resigned from temporary/ad hoc appointment from FACT or have been released before the completion of contract period/work will not be considered
For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, minimum 40% marks in the prescribed qualification will be sufficient
Reservation
Reservation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen categories as per the government guidelines:
EWS candidates should have passed the relevant year (2024-25 Income) EWS Certificate to be submitted
OBC-NCL candidates should submit a self-attested statement in the prescribed format along with the application and, if appointed, should produce OBC-NCL certificate issued by the competent authority within 6 months of joining
Terms of Appointment
The contract period is for two years, renewable at the discretion of the management for a maximum of 2 spells (one year each) based on requirement, performance and evaluation
The management has the power to terminate the appointment by giving 15 days notice, without assigning any reason
Leave, ESI, Provident Fund, TA & DA will be applicable on merit basis as per company rules
