Malabar Cancer Centre Recruitment 2025: We are looking for a COOK who can cook a wide variety of South Indian and Chinese dishes to work in the canteen of Malabar Cancer Centre on a daily wage basis. Interested candidates should appear for an interview in person on the following date and time with all the documents.
Required Cooking Experience (Specialization):
Idli, Appam, Puri, Batura.
Various types of dosas and dishes (plain, masala set, ootthappam, etc.)
Local snacks: Uzhunnu vada, paripuvada, karavada, pazampori, bajji, rasavada, thairu vada, sambar vada, etc.
Main dishes including biryani and sadya
Variety of Chinese dishes
Must be ready to cook at all times in the morning, noon and evening
Qualifications and skills:
Preference will be given to those with at least 1 year of experience in the hotel/cafe sector or institutional canteens
Should be physically fit and in good health
Ability to cook various dishes, variety in taste, and ability to lead cooking assistants according to their abilities
Must be ready to work at any time as per the instructions of the authorities
Must have knowledge of food waste control

Salary: Will be decided according to ability and based on discussion
